Resources

Every discerning and skeptical intellectual knows that the only way to truly be knowledgeable about a subject is to do a large amount of research from unbiased sources and arrive at your own conclusion.  Everything coming second-hand from someone else’s interpretation is subject to bias and misinterpretation, either accidental or intentional.  For this reason, I have included some resources that may be helpful for the intellectual’s pursuit of unadulterated knowledge on the subject of diets, weight management, body composition, and even disease.  Please be aware that I am publishing articles that are open access to everyone online.  Until I get permission from the authors of other papers, I will have to exclude them from my resource list.  If there is a subject of particular interest that I have not posted a resource for, send me an email or leave a comment and I will do my best to locate something that addresses your need.
